Twinfold terms of service

Effective October 7, 2026 · NewClick, Pasadena, CA, USA

These terms apply to merchants who install Twinfold, a Shopify app by NewClick ("we"). By installing the app you agree to them. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.

The service

Twinfold finds possible duplicate customer profiles in your Shopify store and, when you confirm, asks Shopify to merge them. Matches are suggestions. You decide which profiles to merge and which profile to keep.

Merges can't be undone

Every merge is previewed and runs only after you confirm it. Shopify carries out the merge, and it can't be undone: the merged-away profile no longer exists. Review each preview before you confirm. We aren't responsible for merges you confirm, or for merges Shopify refuses.

Plans and billing

Plans and prices are shown in the app and on our Shopify App Store listing. Shopify bills you for them. The app won't start merges that could take usage charges past the monthly spending limit you set in it. You can change plans or uninstall at any time.

How we process your customers' data

When we process personal data of your customers, we do so on your behalf, as your processor or service provider. By installing the app you instruct us to process it as described here.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, NewClick's total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Questions: gmx2267@gmail.com or NewClick support.
